Therapeutic Approach: I like to think of therapy as a team effort, you're the expert on your life, and I’m here as your cheerleader, guide, and occasional "light bulb" moment supplier. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together to tackle challenges, celebrate wins, and find what helps you thrive. I like blending approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and good old-fashioned encouragement to meet you where you are. Therapy with me is about finding what works for you, whether that's serious problem-solving or a little laughter along the way. Let's figure it out together!
Fun Facts: I love skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and whitewater rafting. I’m all about adventure and I enjoy doing these activities with my husband. Before becoming a counselor, I was a river guide, doing 10-18 day trips through the Grand Canyon. That taught me plenty about resilience! Now, I’m lucky enough to channel that same spirit into my work as a counselor, where I love helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths.
