Therapeutic Approach: Some of my clients have described me as an active and engaged counselor. I know personally how hard it can be to set aside time for counseling, so I want to make the best use of your time as we work together. Of course I will go at your pace, and you will be in the driver's seat, but my style of counseling will help keep things moving towards your goals. I like to think of myself as warm, empathetic, non-judgement, and I try to infuse a bit of humor in the work I do. I see the unique strength and character in each client I work with and want to help you build on those strengths as we navigate your counseling journey together.

Fun Facts:  I love spending time outdoors hiking, biking, skiing, camping, walking my dogs, and playing with my kids. I enjoy cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with friends and family. As a mother of 6 in our blended family, there is never a dull moment around here! I have been a counselor for more than 15 years, and am grateful to say that I truly love my job.
